The Department of Psychiatry at The MetroHealth System and Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) School of Medicine is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists to join our expanding outpatient behavioral health team.
This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality outpatient psychiatric care, engage in resident and medical student education, and contribute to the continued growth of innovative academic programs within one of the nation's leading public academic health systems. Faculty appointments at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine will be offered at a rank commensurate with experience.

Academic & Clinical Opportunities
• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to children and adolescents • Teach and mentor residents, fellows, medical students, and other learners • Participate in the development of novel clinical and academic programs • Engage in program growth with particular emphasis on somatic treatment modalities
Candidates with academic interests are strongly encouraged to apply. Physician-scientists bringing extramural funding may receive protected research time. Protected time for promising candidates without funding will be considered on a case-by-case basis. All faculty receive structured mentorship and support for academic promotion and career development.
The Department recently relocated to a brand-new 112-bed Behavioral Health Hospital in Cleveland Heights, reflecting MetroHealth's major investment in mental health innovation and patient-centered care.
