As a Nurse Intern, you will have the option to select one of the three groups below to work on. This wonderful opportunity will allow the Nurse Intern to gain hands-on experience across a variety of patient populations, hone skills, and build confidence in their nursing practice.
Primary skills utilized/learned:
• Adaptive ADLs; Patient Safety/Reorientation Methods
• Vital signs, IVs, Foley Catheter insertion/removal, Wound care, etc.
Personnel Nurse Intern will work with:
• RNs, LPNs, Patient Care Nursing Assistants (PCNAs), Nurse Interns, Providers, Social Workers/Case Management, Respiratory Therapy, PT/OT, Speech Therapy, Art & Music Therapy, Dieticians

Required Qualifications:
- Enrolled in an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation).
- Completed fundamentals of nursing
- Currently registered in clinical rotations
- Continuous enrollment in a nursing program
- Eligibility to continue in the position is a maximum of 6 months upon graduating from nursing school
- Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtains within 90 days of hire.
