The MetroHealth System is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician with expertise in Obstetrics to lead our Family Medicine Obstetrics (FMOB) team and oversee obstetrics in our residency program.

Position Highlights:
- Provide clinical oversight for the FMOB division.
- Collaborate with the Program Director to ensure OB training meets ACGME requirements.
- Serve as the FMOB liaison to the OB department.
- Work closely with residency leadership, OB faculty, and clinical teams to enhance access, optimize processes, and drive performance improvement.
- Uphold MetroHealth's mission, vision, and values in all aspects of care and education.
- MD or DO with a non-restricted Ohio medical license.
- Board-certified in Family Medicine (or eligible).
- Minimum of 5 years post-residency or 4 years post-OB fellowship.
- Strong skills in POCUS, obstetric clinic care, and teaching residents and medical students.
- Ability to meet MetroHealth credentialing and privileging requirements.
Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor residents in obstetrics at one of our residency clinic sites.
- Foster excellence in clinical care and education.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and support innovative care models.
