Summary:


Provides administrative support for Center Director. Initiates, participates and coordinates -Center-wide projects. Compiles and analyzes, and communicates to Center faculty and staff information and statistics related to conditions worthy of management awareness. Acts as liaison for assigned Administrator and System departments. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.

Qualifications:

Required: Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of previous job related experience. In lieu of degree, will consider 7-8 years of job related experience. Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently. Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with various levels of personnel and stakeholders. Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities. Preferred: Experience in budgeting or related financial matters. Advanced PC skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Physical Demands: May need to move around intermittently during the day, including sitting, standing, stooping, bending, and walking. May need to remain still for extended periods, including sitting and standing. Ability to communicate in face-to-face, phone, email, and other communications. Ability to read job related documents. Ability to use computer.
