Biweekly Hours: 80.00
Shift: Monday-Friday

Summary:
Provides administrative operations support for assigned personnel and sites. Ensures efficient handling of the office's ordering, timekeeping, and other operational requirements. Participates and coordinates special projects and other activities for assigned personnel and sites.
Qualifications:
Required: High School graduate or passage of a high school equivalency exam. Two years experience in a business office or healthcare setting. Strong PC skills, including experience with Word, Excel, and database programs Previous computer scheduling experience Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to work independently within a team environment Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Preferred: Medical terminology and medical billing experience
