The Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at MetroHealth Medical Center, Case Western Reserve University is seeking applications for an Ob/Gyn Generalist to join our 24-member division. In addition to our superb Generalist team, we have full scope OBGYN subspeciality care through our Divisions of Gynecologic Oncology, Maternal Fetal Medicine, Urogynecology, Minimally Invasive Surgery and Reproductive Endocrine and Infertility. We have 20 OBGYN Residents and two fellowships in MFM and Urogynecology. We also recently started a 5 member Certified Nurse Midwife program.
The Department offers OBGYN care at 17 sites across the MetroHealth System. We are seeking an academically and clinically oriented OBGYN physician who will practice at one or more of our clinical locations, and will participate in the education of residents, fellows and medical students.
A successful candidate will be able to provide the full spectrum of inpatient and outpatient obstetric and gynecologic care and possess excellent interpersonal, clinical and teaching skills. Applicants must be Board Certified or Board Eligible for certification in General Obstetrics & Gynecology and eligible for licensure in the state of Ohio. It is anticipated that a successful candidate will meet qualifications for academic appointment in the Department of Reproductive Biology at Case Western Reserve University. Academic rank will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
