Senior Data Analyst - Philanthropy

Summary:


Contributes to the efficient and effective operations of the Office of Strategic Philanthropy by ensuring the department databases accurately reflect all activity. Builds, maintains, and audits constituent financial and biographical information and prepares appropriate imports, exports, and reports. Maintains appropriate donor and financial files. Designs and develops reports to review prospect activity, pipeline development and progress to goals. Manages the stewardship matrix and creates necessary workflows. Assists with day-to-day support activities that enhance the efficiency of the department. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in addition to the experience stated below. Minimum 5 years of experience in a non-profit, healthcare, IT, or financial work environment. Experience working with highly sensitive and confidential materials. Experience working in a team environment. Experience working in a fast-paced work environment that requires the completion of multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of accounting or financial principles and practices. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and/or other databases. Proficient in Advanced Raiser's Edge and Blackbaud software including Raiders' Edge NXT and Online Express. Ability to be self-directed, self-motivated, and detail oriented. Ability to complete detailed work accurately and on schedule. Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Preferred: Experience with Financial Edge and/or Financial Edge NXT Experience with Tableau or Power BI Experience with Active Campaign or other email deployment software Physical Demands: May need to move around intermittently during the day, including sitting, standing, stooping, bending, and ambulating. May need to remain still for extended periods, including sitting and standing. Ability to communicate in face-to-face, phone, email, and other communications. Ability to read job related documents. Ability to use computer.
