Summary:
Coordinates various Benefits programs and processes as assigned, such as tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment and donated sick time. Administers employee requests submitted via the HR Service Desk, functioning as a first point of contact for the MHS employee population. Maintains files, documentation, and metrics necessary to monitor the effectiveness of various HR programs. Provides administrative and operational support for the Employee Benefits team. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in addition to the experience stated below.
- 1 year of HR experience in mid-size to large HR department.
- Proven ability to interact credibly and effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail and follow through.
- Strong organizational skills, effective time management and follow-up skills with a capacity to deal with multiple, changing priorities.
- Sound, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software packages.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills conveying competence and professionalism.
- Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
