Customer Support Partner - General Medicine; 64 Hrs; Day Night

Delivers and assists with patient meal services, stocks supplies, transports patients, and performs messenger functions. Performs cleaning duties, including: cleaning/restocking bedside equipment, and performing the initial cleaning of instruments/other equipment. Ensures compliance with all safety, sanitation, and quality control requirements associated with assigned responsibilities. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.


Required: Able to read and write in English . Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to communicate well with patients and staff using verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Preferred: HS Diploma or passage of a high school equivalency exam.Physical Requirements: May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk intermittently during the day. May need to sit or stand for extended periods. See in the normal visual range with or without correction. Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction. Ability to lift 250-300 pounds with assistance. Ability to push/pull up to 500 pounds with assistance. Requires some exposure to communicable diseases or body fluids.
