Acts as team leader by providing specific guidelines and assistance in departmental procedures to team members and holds staff accountable for department compliance. Assists management with the assignment and allocation of workflow to ensure efficiency and effectiveness; makes recommendations regarding new and improved systems; assists Supervisor in overseeing and approving schedule to ensure coverage based on teams' operational hours


Required: High school graduate or passage of a high school equivalency exam. Three years of experience in business/health care office environment. Customer service experience, effective communication with MHS colleagues, care management teams and providers. Ability to demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, and organization and to make sound judgments independently Proven analytical ability based on logic, basic math, problem-solving, trending, and being proactive in recommendations to enhance our patient/family experience, including employee engagement. Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Preferred: Front End experience PowerPoint and Basic Excel experience and willingness to take online courses Strong Analytical Skills Physical Requirements: May need to move around intermittently during the day, including sitting, standing, stooping, bending, and ambulating. May need to remain still for extended periods, including sitting and standing. Ability to communicate in face-to-face, phone, email, and other communications. Ability to read job-related documents. Ability to use a computer. Ability to lift 25 pounds (equipment/supplies in remote locations).
