Summary:
Provides clinical nutrition services to the Division of Neonatology, or any other assigned area(s). Provides teaching and educational services to staff, residents, students, families, and colleagues. Participates in scholarly activities through research and dissemination of results. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.
Qualifications:
Required: Master's Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics from an institution approved/accredited by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, with education regarding nutritional management for at-risk newborns, OR any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in addition to the experience stated below. A current Registered Dietitian with a license from the State of Ohio. A minimum of one year of related clinical nutrition experience. Preferred: Doctoral Degree in Nutrition, or in the process of obtaining. Physical Requirements: May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and ambulate intermittently during the day. May need to sit or stand for extended periods. See in the normal visual range with or without correction. Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.
