Physician-Vascular Surgery

The Department of Surgery at the MetroHealth System, a major teaching affiliate of Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, is seeking a BC/BE vascular surgeon to join its full-time faculty. Candidates should be interested in the teaching of medical students and surgical residents as well as working closely with general surgery and other surgical subspecialities to provide excellent patient care. Our practice sees a variety of common and complex disease pathologies and offers a surgeon the ability to perform everything from bread and butter vascular surgery to more complex cases. Special consideration will be given to candidates with a desire to facilitate development of a robust vascular research program utilizing existing resources at MetroHealth and/or development of a comprehensive vein center.

Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

We offer a very competitive compensation package, health insurance, paid time off, liability insurance, an academic appointment to the Case Western Reserve School of Medicine faculty, CME opportunities, malpractice coverage and an impressive pension program with a generous employer match through the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System (OPERS).
