S ummary:
Ensures the efficient and effective daily business and clinical operations of the TB Program. Collaborates with the TB Medical Director in the development, coordination and monitoring of the treatment and prevention of Tuberculosis in the community. Ensures efficient interdisciplinary team communication and interaction. Must ensure the provision of nursing care for patient population. Supervises the daily operations of the reception and discharge functions. Ensures the effective and efficient coordination of the patient scheduling system. Ensures the professional competence and performance of the clinical staff. Upholds the standards of the system-wide customer service program.
Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor's Degree Nursing. Current Ohio Registered Nurse licensure. Minimum of three years management experience in health care environment encompassing operational and clinical experience, fiscal operations and personnel management. Leadership, teaching, mentoring, customer service and good interpersonal skills required along with experience in working with multi-disciplinary groups. Evidence of continuing professional self-development. Strong quantitative skills, including knowledge of personal computers and information systems. Preferred: Advanced Degree, such as MSN or MPH. Experience in Public or Community Health. Physical Demands:
