Summary:


Ensures the efficient and effective operation of The Moms House, a supportive housing program for pregnant women with substance use disorders and their children. Assists the participants in their lives in recovery. Function as a highly specialized and intensive support role serving as an advocate for the residents. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.

Qualifications:

Qualifications: Required: High school diploma or passage of a high school equivalency exam Demonstrated knowledge, understanding, or interest in sober living and addiction recovery. Peer Support and CDCA Certification or obtain within 12 months of employment. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Strong delegation and problem-solving skills. Valid Ohio driver's license Access to reliable transportation. Ability to empathically interact with residents. Ability to provide feedback. Ability to work a flexible schedule. Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Preferred: Familiarity with the Clark Fulton neighborhood and the various areas of Cleveland LSW or LISW Physical Demands: May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and ambulate intermittently during the day. May need to sit or stand for extended periods. See in the normal visual range with or without correction. Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction. Finger dexterity to operate office equipment is required. May need to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds on occasion. Ability to communicate face-to-face, via phone, email, and other communications. Ability to see computer monitor and departmental documents.
