Summary:
Responsible for the identification, design, execution, and evaluation of inclusion, diversity and equity (IDE) related strategies and/or programs that fosters a workplace environment that values inclusion and diversity, promotes respect for differences, and cultural competency. Develops, coordinates, implements, and conducts IDE educational and professional development programming and employee engagement opportunities to all levels of employees. Collaborates with system partners to provide coaching and consulting services to resolve inclusion and diversity challenges. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.

Required:
Preferred: Master's Degree in related field. 3-5 years of progressive experience in learning and development. Experience in a health care setting. Physical Requirements: May need to move around intermittently during the day, including sitting, standing, stooping, bending, and ambulating. May need to remain still for extended periods, including sitting and standing. Ability to communicate in face-to-face, phone, email, and other communications. Ability to read job related documents. Ability to use computer.

Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in psychology, organizational psychology, diversity management, learning and development and/or related field, or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in addition to the experience stated below.
- 6 years of Inclusion, Diversity and Equity, Organizational Development or other related HR experience.
- Proven ability to interact credibly and effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in effectively facilitating small and large group interactions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high attention to detail and follow through.
- Experience in curriculum design, implementation, evaluation, and research.
- Well-developed problem solving, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with various constituencies.
