I’m a new nurse and I’m young. The fact that MetroHealth was opening the door to allow that was awesome. Every person I had an interview with was great and professional. I love working with elders. When they come to our clinic, they talk about their health issues, as well as their family, grandchildren, pets and life stories. Not only do I assist with their care, but I am also able to listen, laugh and sometimes cry with them. It’s important to me because they give us history. It makes me feel so proud of what I do.
