The MetroHealth Department of Surgery is seeking a Board-certified Urologist to join our Department of Surgery as the Director of the Division of Urology. As the Division Director, the candidate will lead the team in program development and expansion, faculty recruitment, and mentoring and development of current faculty. The Division of Urology provides a comprehensive spectrum of urological care, including reconstructive urology, men's health, oncology, and endourology. In addition to being clinically active, the Division Director will be responsible for developing and leading a multidisciplinary program of clinical excellence, commitment to medical student and resident education, and serving as a key leader for our integrated urology residency training program.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be a Board-certified Urologist with a track record of leadership, clinical excellence, a strong commitment to education and teaching, and involvement in research.
